Runway adds Enhance Frame Rate on Dev
Runway Dev can now convert video to 24, 25, 30, 48, 50, 60, 120, 23.98, 29.97, or 59.94 fps. Inputs are at most 300 seconds, billed at 1 credit per 2 seconds via the video upscale endpoint with model enhance_frame_rate.
